Uno Hotel is a bright and thoughtfully designed hotel that is thoroughly informed by a sense of place. It is located at Uno Port, south of Okayama, in what is regarded as a gateway to all the pleasures of Setouchi ? from a private sail aboard a catamaran by Seto Yacht Charter and dropping anchor at secret beaches, to soaking up the art and architecture of surrounding islands, such as Naoshima and Tejima, that dot the sea. In these tiny islands, museums and art installations by some of the most celebrated artists and architects from Japan and from around the world, stand alongside the unique local heritage that evolved over centuries of brisk maritime trade.
