Don’t let the unassuming entrance fool you into thinking that this is just another house. What is concealed inside is quite possibly the best ski chalet this side of the Pacific. In terms of features, size and price, this one is hard to beat. A huge ski room and dry area is your first point of call coming off the mountain. Two bedrooms each with their own bathrooms are located on this first floor as well as a laundry. The true magic of this house will soon be realised upon walking up the stairs. A massive open plan room with living area, dining area and kitchen greets you. The kitchen features a huge island, oodles of counter space and modern stainless-steel appliances. Massive windows that reach all the way to the ceiling let in an ocean of light. The lounge chairs are so big and comfortable there is a risk you will never want to leave them, might as well throw on a marathon run of Harry Potter movies. The new dining table is a locally made piece of art and can easily sit the whole group. The master bedroom and ensuite are accessible down the short hallway and there is a cosy day bed for those inside snow days. Did we forget to mention there is another cosy nook! There are so many great spaces to relax and take in the snowy wonderland outside your windows. Let the world back home disappear -- isn't that what retreats are for?
